Equipment having problems?

Whether you have a bike, stepper or even a treadmill. They all have one thing in common. They like to collect dust. Treadmills are like magnets to dust. They must be cleaned regularly. This is where PM (preventive maintenance) Checks and Safety come into play.

Our PM Checks are performed by certified tech's which include:

  • Inspect belts for uneven wear, and splitting
  • Evaluate cable wear or worn parts.
  • Inspecting electrical lines and connections can prevent hazards like electric failures and even shocks to the user. Electronic parts can be tested and adjusted if necessary.
    Note: (All treadmills should have dedicated lines with required breakers).
  • Check for loose or missing bolts can cause accidents to the machine and the user.
  • Check for dusty speed sensors which cause irregular speeds causing the runner to loose control, and ending up with injuries.
  • Check for dust collecting in bearings, pivot points and other moving parts that can cause excessive wear.
  • Lubricate all bearings, pivot points, and moving parts where needed.
  • Vacuum dust under and around equipment.
  • The User can help by vacuuming and wiping down the exterior of their equipment every other week..
